My journey into birth work began with the birth of my daughter. That experience was deeply empowering and completely transformed the way I view women, birth, and the strength we carry within us. It opened my eyes to just how powerful, intuitive, and capable mothers truly are—and from that moment, I felt called to walk alongside other women through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season.

I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, seen, informed, and deeply cared for throughout her journey. My approach is holistic, warm, and grounding, with a special appreciation for physiological birth and supporting the body as birth unfolds.

I also understand that every mother's needs, preferences, and circumstances are different. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth at home/birth center/hospital, choosing an epidural, preparing for an induction or cesarean, or navigating an unexpected change of plans, I will meet you without judgment and offer compassionate, steady support centered on your needs and choices.

More About Me

Outside of my work as a doula, I'm a mom to a wonderful 4 year old who keeps life full of joy and adventure. I love Jesus, spending time in nature, homeschooling, gardening, cooking, and learning about herbalism and natural wellness.

I value slowing down in motherhood and finding joy in the simple moments-exploring outside with my daugter, tending to the garden, preparing something nourishing in the kitchen, or enjoying a quite day together at home. I also help lead classes at a local forest school, where my daughter and I get to connect with nature and our community. These meaningful parts of my life deeply influence the way I care and connect with the families I support.
