Postpartum Care
Nurturing support during the early weeks after birth. I provide guidance with newborn care, feeding support, emotional reassurance, and light hands-on help so you can rest, recover, and ease into motherhood feeling supported and confident.
Prenatal Care & Birth Support
Support that begins during pregnancy and continues through labor and delivery. Together, we’ll prepare for your birth with intention—discussing your preferences, providing education, and building confidence. During labor, I offer continuous emotional and physical support, helping you stay calm, grounded, and empowered every step of the way.
Complimentary Consultation
A relaxed, no-pressure opportunity for us to connect. We’ll talk through your needs, your vision for birth and postpartum, and how I can best support you. This is a space for you to ask questions and ensure we’re the right fit.
